The series “Widos Bey” takes the Emmy awards, surpassing the series “Pit”

🔸The 78th edition of the Emmy Television Awards ceremony in the United States, on Monday night, September 23, transformed into the scene of dominance by two popular series from the past year: “Widos Bey” and “The Pit.”

🔸In the meantime, the series “Widos Bey” [Widow Bay] by receiving 14 awards for the popular series of the past two years, “The Pit,” also surpassed it. Widos Bay, which is considered a horror comedy series, had been nominated in 19 categories.

🔸Among the awards Widos Bey received, first of all was the Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series award for Matthew Reese, which, by winning two awards in one category, was entered into the history of the Emmy Awards.

🔸Widos Bey also won the awards for Outstanding Comedy Series, Outstanding Supporting Actor, Outstanding Supporting Actress, and Outstanding Directing.

🔸In contrast, the medical and hospital series “The Pit” [Pit] also won the award for Outstanding Drama Series, as well as the award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for Noah Wylie, who had also taken both awards last year.
