The Israeli army announced carrying out two separate operations in which two Hamas terrorists were killed and imminent threats were prevented.
According to a statement from the Israeli army, one of these operations was carried out on Tuesday, the 25th of Shahrivar, in the north of the Gaza Strip, during which “the terrorist Sherif Shadi Ibrahim Labad,” a member of the elite unit of the military wing of the terrorist organization Hamas, was killed.
Ibrahim Labad was present in the deadly attack of October 7 and entered Israel via the “Erez” crossing.
The Israeli army also said that in another attack in the north of the Gaza Strip carried out on Monday, it targeted “the terrorist Yusuf Saad Ad-Din Rashid Za’eim,” one of the other Hamas commanders.
The Israeli army noted that these terrorists, by systematically violating the ceasefire, advanced terrorist plans against Israeli army forces and citizens and were working to rebuild Hamas’s capabilities.
The statement emphasized that, prior to the attacks, measures were taken to reduce harm to civilians, including the use of precision munitions and aerial reconnaissance.
