Since January, Europe has detained 12 vessels under a false pretext, with the West's infringement on the freedom of navigation causing concern, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.

The foreign minister added that Russia is restructuring its logistics and will fulfill all its supply obligations to partners despite Western attempts to disrupt shipping.
