🔻 Reports of Iran’s Missile and Drone Attacks on U.S. Bases in Kuwait

An hour after the Kuwaiti army, in a statement, announced that its air defense systems were involved in repelling drone and missile attacks originating from “Iran,” Tasnim news agency, close to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, wrote: “U.S. bases in Kuwait came under fire from Iranian missiles and drones.”

The news agency has not published any further details in this regard, and CENTCOM — the U.S. military’s Central Command — has also not yet reacted to these reports.

Severe censorship in Gulf countries has made it very difficult for media to gain direct access to the locations reportedly attacked, and the United States has even imposed restrictions on publishing satellite images of these areas.

On Wednesday, Tasnim published aerial images attributed to its own attacks on Tuesday on American bases in Jordan, and claimed they showed the damage left by these attacks.
