🔶 “Reich Citizens” under the microscope; indictment proposal against “King of Germany”
The Federal Prosecutor’s Office in Germany has issued an indictment against four likely leaders of the “Reich Citizens” group, known as “Kingdom of Germany.”
The highest prosecution authority in Germany has accused these individuals of, as managers of a criminal organization, having membership in and involvement with it.
In addition, Peter Fitschk, the founder of the group, is accused, among other things, of running an unauthorized insurance company and of multiple cases of tax evasion.
Now, the Country Security Protection Chamber at the Higher Regional Court in Düsseldorf must decide whether to accept the indictment and when the trial will be held.
At the time, the group known as “Kingdom of Germany” claimed to have six thousand supporters, but security agencies estimated their number to be closer to around a thousand.
