🔶 Political agreement between Ukraine and the United States over the production of Patriot missiles

Volodymyr Zelensky, president of Ukraine, said that Ukraine and the United States have reached a political agreement regarding the production of Patriot missiles in Ukraine.

Zelensky said that Donald Trump, president of the United States, at the sidelines of the NATO summit in Ankara agreed to grant Ukraine permission to build Patriots, and now the technical details of this final agreement must be worked out.

He also added that Ukraine will receive another shipment of Patriot PAC-3 interceptor missiles from the United States in the coming days.

The president of Ukraine emphasized that talks with Washington about the joint production of drones are still ongoing, and that Ukraine intends to develop a domestically made and cheaper air defense system as well, with the cooperation of its European partners.
