Owners who take necessary measures to secure and restore facilities have no reason to fear temporary management, First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov told TASS at the Eastern Economic Forum.

He said inclusion on the critical infrastructure list is determined by sectoral ministries based on enterprise significance, and that temporary management applies only to those who "repeatedly and deliberately sabotage" security decisions.
