🔶 Olyanov Warns of the “Disastrous Consequences” of an Attack on the Bushehr Power Plant

Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia’s permanent representative to international organizations based in Vienna, warned about the consequences of an attack on Iran’s Bushehr nuclear power plant by reposting a video on the social network X about one of the recent airstrikes by the United States, which was only a few meters away from the Bushehr power plant.

Ulyanov wrote: “Any attack on nuclear facilities is a crime and a blatant violation of international law. An attack on the Bushehr nuclear power plant could have disastrous consequences for all countries in the Persian Gulf. These attacks must be stopped.”

Earlier, reports had been published about an attack on parts of Iran’s Bushehr nuclear power plant, which caused concern. The Atomic Energy Organization of Iran denied these reports and said that the power plant “is in a safe and stable condition.”
