Mehdi Saurelia, one of those detained during the protests of Dey 1404, despite severe injuries sustained during his period of detention, is still deprived of specialized medical care and has been kept, for more than six months, in a state of uncertainty at Karaj Central Prison.

Herana reported that this political prisoner is currently being held in Hall Two of Karaj Central Prison. A source close to his family said that at the time of his arrest, as a result of the blows he received, Saurelia suffered a skull fracture, the formation of a blood clot in the head area, displacement of the lumbar vertebrae, cracking of the left leg bone, and a fracture of the middle finger of his right hand.
