“Hosein-Ali Hajideligani,” first deputy chairman of the Parliament’s Article 90 Commission, said he has announced a motion to ask the foreign minister a question about what he described as a “secret memorandum between Iran and Oman,” adding that this agreement, if signed without the supervision of parliament, would be without validity.
Hajideligani, in an interview with Iran Watcher, referring to statements by an Omani official about the signing of the memorandum between Tehran and Muscat, said the foreign minister must explain to parliament the accuracy of this agreement, its contents, and the reason it was kept secret.
