🔻 Four killed and five injured in airstrikes on Ahvaz

Minutes after the end of the early Friday morning attacks by the United States on various parts of Iran, including Ahvaz, officials in this southern Iranian city reported the deaths of four people and said that five others were also injured during these airstrikes.

At the same time, Iranian domestic news agencies, citing Arab sources, reported hearing explosions in Kuwait.

The Kuwaiti army had announced Thursday night that its air defenses were engaged in countering drone and missile attacks from Iran.

In the past few nights, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and the Iranian army had repeatedly claimed drone and missile attacks on Al-Salman Base in Kuwait, which is one of the United States’ main bases in that country.
