Cuba’s top diplomat said there are no talks underway with the United States, nor plans for future negotiations, as the island faces a worsening US trade embargo.

Foreign Minister Rodriguez said the embargo caused nearly $8.1 billion in economic damage in 2025, a 7% increase from the previous year.
