Mitra Bandí Amírâbâdí, a Bahá’í citizen living in Yazd, was sentenced by Branch One of the Revolutionary Court in the city to five years of discretionary imprisonment and 10 years of deprivation of social rights. According to the issued verdict, three years of his prison sentence have been suspended for a period of three years.
