Bloomberg reported that at the meeting of the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency, the United States, by submitting a resolution, is seeking to refer the Islamic Republic’s nuclear file to the United Nations Security Council.
According to this report, the United States would call for the return of the Agency’s inspectors and the resumption of inspections of Iran’s nuclear sites. The United States, along with the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, says the Islamic Republic has not yet provided verifiable information about the level and location of its enriched uranium stocks, and full access for the Agency’s inspectors has not been established.
