One of Amirhossein Moqaddadlu’s lawyers, known as Amir Tataloo, described the latest status of his client’s case, showing that no change has occurred in his conditions.
At a time when Afifeh Hazef announced that requests related to an open ruling, furlough, and conditional release for Amir Tataloo had been submitted earlier, she expressed hope that his situation would also be taken into account, like “some controversial readers and artists who are currently receiving permission to work.”
She, while reminding that Amir Tataloo’s “repentance” has been established by the court, expressed hope that her client’s requests would be accepted by the court.
Previously, Majid Naqshi, another of Tataloo’s lawyers, had also reported that Amirhossein Moqaddadlu’s repentance had been accepted and announced that, for the final stages of the case, it had been sent to the head of the Judiciary, but no final decision had been made.
