👉 U.S. energy (IEA) says: U.S. crude oil inventories have fallen to the lowest level in more than 40 years.
U.S. crude oil inventories, including strategic petroleum reserves (SPR), have fallen to about 726 million barrels, the lowest level in more than 40 years.

The combination of reduced supply and the continuation of risks arising from conflicts in West Asia has raised serious alarms about energy security in the United States.
