The “United Students” group reported that master’s entrance exam applicants in the counties of Bastak and Bandar-Khamir were unable to take the exam on July 26 due to the destruction of bridges on the route of Bastak, Bandar-Khamir, and Bandar Abbas, and the road closures.

According to this report, the exam venue for applicants from these two counties was in Bandar Abbas, and despite repeated contacts with the road maintenance and transportation office, they could not find a way to reach the exam location. The report says that officials of the Islamic Republic also did not take any action to resolve the problem for these applicants.

These applicants, by launching a campaign, called for the exam to be held again for all applicants in western Hormozgan due to the destruction of the bridges and the complete blockage of the routes.
