The drone war between Russia and Ukraine in the Black Sea has also changed the appearance of ships transiting through the Bosporus Strait. Oil tankers and cargo ships with nets, water tanks, and even tires are trying to protect themselves against attacks by sea drones.

At the same time as attacks on ships and port infrastructure increase, Ankara has once again entered consultations with Russia and Ukraine to ensure the security of shipping in the Black Sea.
