At the same time as final exams restart after multiple interruptions, reports from several cities in Iran indicate that some exam zones have been established near military centers—an arrangement that has raised serious concerns about whether security considerations are being observed in holding final exams.
In recent weeks, Iranian students have prepared not only for final exams, but also in an environment filled with anxiety stemming from the war. Some spoke of repeated postponements, others of harrowing uncertainty, and some of the anxiety that has made focusing on studying impossible.
