Reports of a chaotic situation in Ceuta: piles of garbage, the spread of informal camps, and an increase in clashes and theft among migrants have affected parts of the city.

The report also claims that it has observed insulting graffiti and statements by some migrants about continuing their journey toward Madrid and other parts of Europe.
