〰❌〰 President Trump, by posting a message on the Truth Social social network, announced his “very good” phone conversation with Andy Burnham, the new prime minister of Britain, and said that the two sides discussed “mine clearance in the Strait of Hormuz.”

The U.S. president, referring to the call, wrote: “We discussed a number of topics including North Sea oil, trade, a military alliance, mine clearance in the Strait of Hormuz, and many other issues.”

Emphasizing the prominent relations between the two countries, Trump added: “The prime minister has a great task ahead, but he will be able to handle it, and of course America will be there to help.” Trump also said that the two sides will meet in the near future to discuss matters of mutual interest to each other.
