For a few days now, from the top of Mount Sinabung in Indonesia, lava has been spewing out to a height of one thousand meters, and ash from the lava is spreading over the islands of Sumatra. This is an initial eruption, and more severe fountains are on the way. For now, there have been only slight relocations, but among residents living near the volcano, respiratory masks have been distributed. Of course, the pigeons are not safe either, but apparently they are not concerned with relocation.
