Over the years, the National Academy of Sciences has published scientific and analytical guidelines specifically for use by the federal judicial system. But this academy was in the hands of far-left Democrats, and as is now clear, it issued fraudulent, biased, and misleading guidelines about climate change. From these fake guidelines, judges have used them to issue rulings in major cases related to “climate change,” and this has caused severe damages across the country. Now these guidelines are completely discredited. Our federal judges deserve access to facts and science—not political fraud and fabricated science about the climate. In light of this reality becoming clear, I hereby instruct federal officials to suspend and bar contracting to investigate this matter. American taxpayers should not have to pay the cost of such climate fraud, and judges should never have cited such materials. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
