Marco Rubio on Iran:

This is not just about punishing Iran.

The issue is that we must not let Iran gain access to money that it can later use to provide financial support for terrorism; something it has always done.

They want the money for two things: financing terrorism and, ultimately, acquiring nuclear weapons.

And we can’t allow that to happen.
