Lebanon’s National News Agency reported that a massive explosion shook Kfar Tebnit and was felt in the Nabatiyeh region.

Based on this state news agency’s report, the explosion was caused by a large-scale bombing operation by the Israel Defense Forces in Kfar Tebnit, and thick columns of smoke rose from this town, visible from a distance.

So far, the Israel Defense Forces have not commented on this report.

Kfar Tebnit is located in the suburbs of the city of Nabatiyeh in southern Lebanon, and in recent months it has repeatedly been targeted by Israeli air and artillery strikes.

The Lebanese Army withdrew from its outpost in this town last month.
