〰 Jalili: Negotiation is worthwhile if it leads to the stabilization and enhancement of power

Representative of the Leader of the Revolution in the Supreme National Security Council: Negotiation is a tool; not a goal. It may be effective at one point and not at another.

One should not give the tool itself importance; what matters is the type, how, and when it is used. If it leads to the stabilization and enhancement of the country’s power, it is worthwhile, and if it leads to weakening the country’s power, it is harmful.
