Iranian media, citing officials of the Islamic Republic, reported that after the missile strike at a “wedding ceremony” in Kuhestak, Sireik, “at least five people were killed and 68 people, including 15 children,” were injured.

The Islamic Republic’s Red Crescent Society announced that the injured were transferred to hospitals in Sireik and Minab.

The Balochistan Human Rights Documents Network also reported that the Abolfazl Hospital in Minab faced a shortage of blood for treating the injured from the airstrike on Kuhestak, and that citizens were asked to donate blood.

In response to this report, Hawkins team, spokesperson for CENTCOM, told Axios that the United States is aware of these reports and that the U.S. military, unlike the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, never targets civilians.
