🔸Following clashes between some Semnan citizens and some Iraqi students at Semnan University, the head of the judiciary of Semnan Province announced the identification of two people involved in the incident.

🔸Mohammad Sadegh Akbari, on Monday 16 Shahrivar, referring to the clash that occurred in front of the accommodation site of the Iraqi students at Semnan University, said: judicial investigations are underway to identify all individuals responsible for this incident.

🔸The images shared on social media show a large number of Semnan citizens who gathered in the evening of 15 Shahrivar in front of the accommodation site of the Iraqi students.

🔸The gathering, which led to a clash between citizens and students, ultimately ended with the presence of law enforcement.

🔸The head of the judiciary of Semnan Province, while announcing judicial proceedings in this case, emphasized that the individuals involved will be dealt with according to the law.

🔸On Monday, Semnan University, in a statement, emphasized that Iranian students of this university had no role in the incident and said that, given that the incident occurred outside the main campus, follow-up would be the responsibility of law enforcement.
