The sound of an explosion in the south of Isfahan was caused by an operation to destroy unexploded ordnance that did not work.

The director general of crisis management at Isfahan Province’s governorate said that technical and specialized operations were carried out to destroy ordnance that did not function, and added: The sounds heard in the south of Isfahan were the result of this operation.
