Benjamin Netanyahu said his country would “defeat, above all else,” Iran’s government and overthrow it. He added that despite the weakening of Iran and its proxy forces, Israel’s actions have not yet been completed.
He added: “Iran’s and its proxy forces’ inclination to destroy the State of Israel has not gone away; it has only been weakened.”
Netanyahu added: “The ability to carry out this goal has been heavily worn down, in a very broad manner. We have done most of the work, but there are still things left to complete, and we will complete them.”
The Israeli prime minister went on to say: “We will eliminate Hamas and, above all else, we will defeat Iran’s government. We will overthrow it. This government will fall. We will deal with Hezbollah as well, and it too will fall.”
He also said that Israel is in the process of “settling accounts” with the remaining perpetrators of the October 7 attack.
Addressing Shin Bet employees, he said: “When we tell the terrorists that no one is safe and that we will reach all of you, you do it in practice.”
