🔶 Israeli Channel Kan: Israel wants to join U.S. attacks on Iran

Israeli state-run Channel Kan has reported that some Israeli officials want to join the U.S.-Iran confrontation and resume attacks on the Islamic Republic, but are waiting for Donald Trump, the president of the United States, to approve this.

The report says Israeli officials estimate that reciprocal attacks between the U.S. and Iran will continue over the next few days.

The New York Post also reported, citing a source in Jerusalem, that Israel is interested in taking part in any possible future attacks and in bringing the war to a full end.

The source, whose name was not disclosed, had said on Wednesday, before the start of U.S. attacks on Iran: “If we have to, we will do it again.”

He added that although Israel “doesn’t want to return to days when people had to go to shelters,” it does not want to “ignore what is happening in Iran.”
