Since we attacked Iran’s nuclear program, they haven’t resumed it. I repeat, they haven’t resumed it. This is a fact. To get the program going again, first they must decide to do so; and up to this moment, they have not made such a decision. Right now, there is no active nuclear program in Iran. Anyone can say whatever they want.
