The European Union Aviation Safety Agency warned that airlines must still avoid flying over Iran’s airspace. The agency said that, due to uncertainty about the stability of the ceasefire and the possibility that tensions could quickly intensify again, airlines should continue to avoid the airspaces of Iran, Iraq, and Lebanon and act with caution across the region. The European body also announced that it has extended flight recommendations for affected areas that it previously extended until July 1, now until July 8.
