The US Central Command (CENTCOM) said that the maritime blockade against the Islamic Republic continues to remain fully in effect. According to CENTCOM, US forces, up to August 24 [third of Mordad], rerouted the 12 commercial ships that had intended to pass through this blockade, disabled two ships after they ignored orders, and also inspected two other ships.
