U.S. Central Command says it carried out a new round of attacks on military targets in Iran under orders from the Commander-in-Chief.

Based on a statement from the command, the attacks were carried out on the eighth consecutive night. According to reports, these attacks were more intense than the nights before.

CENTCOM said its forces successfully targeted Iran’s Islamic Republic coastal surveillance facilities and air defenses, as well as naval capabilities and missile and drone depots, to continue the process of reducing its military capability.

According to this statement, U.S. forces also targeted units of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps that had attacked American personnel in Jordan on Friday, July 17.

U.S. Central Command said more than 50,000 American troops are deployed across the Middle East and are at full readiness.
