U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) accused the Islamic Republic of “deliberately targeting civilians” and said that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC)’s attacks on commercial vessels over the past week resulted in the deaths, injuries, or disappearance of about 12 non-military crew members.
