Over the years, the National Academy of Sciences has issued scientific and analytical guidelines specifically for use by the federal judicial system. But this academy was in the hands of extreme left-wing Democrats and, as has now become clear, it published fraudulent, biased, and misleading guidelines about climate change. From these fake guidelines, judges have used them to issue rulings in major cases related to “climate change,” causing severe damage across the country. Now these guidelines have been rendered completely invalid. Our federal judges deserve access to facts and science—not political fraud and fabricated science about the climate. In light of this truth being clarified, I hereby instruct federal officials to suspend and bar from contracts those responsible for this matter and to investigate it. American taxpayers should not have to pay for such climate fraud, and judges should never have relied on such material. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
