The National Academy of Sciences has, over the years, issued scientific and analytical guidelines specifically for the use of the federal judiciary. But this academy was in the hands of far-left Democrats, and as has now become clear, it published fraudulent, biased, and misleading guidelines about climate change. From these fake guidelines, judges have used them to issue rulings in major cases related to “climate change,” and this has caused significant damages across the country. Now, these guidelines have been completely discredited. Our federal judges deserve access to facts and science—not political fraud and fabricated climate science. With this truth now clarified, I hereby instruct federal officials to investigate this matter for suspension and contract-related disqualifications. American taxpayers should not have to pay for such climate fraud, and judges should never have cited such material. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
