Mahmoud Rezaei, a member of the Supreme Council of Seminars, said: “Both the people, scholars, and the authorities must enter the arena to fight improper hijab. In this regard, the conditions for confronting anomalies related to hijab must be provided, cultural promotion of hijab should be taken into account, and action should be taken to institutionalize hijab.”

He continued: “The enemy intends to target us through improper hijab and cultural vulgarity, and to corrupt society; therefore, to the same extent that we invest in the military war, we must also invest in this arena.”
