Kiwan Khosrovani, prominent Iranian artist, architect, interior designer, and fashion designer, died in France at the age of 88.

Khosrovani was among the first figures to link traditional Iranian arts and handicrafts with modern design. His notable works include clothing designs for senior Iranian officials, including Empress Farah Pahlavi, the Nain Inn in Isfahan, and the Iranian shabestan of the Paris Grand Mosque.
