🔸Iranian news agencies report the killing of two military personnel in the Kourin area of Zahedan, in an armed attack.
🔸Ali Khalil Abadi, deputy for security and public order of the Sistan and Baluchestan governorate, told the state news agency IRNA on the evening of Sunday, 15 Shahrivar, that armed individuals targeted a vehicle carrying support equipment and food for local Basij members.
🔸He identified the deceased as “fighters of the Martyr Mirsayinni Operational Headquarters” and stated their family names as “Aoodi” and “Ramerodi.”
🔸A few hours later, human-rights media in Sistan and Baluchestan and the Tasnim news agency reported the full names of the two individuals as Abolfazl Aoodi and Kiavan Ramerodi.
🔸So far, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
🔸The Hala Vosh website, which covers news related to Baluch people in Iran, introduced the two killed individuals as “Security forces” of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, and wrote that “Martyr Mirsayinni Operational Headquarters” is among units affiliated with the IRGC Ground Forces in Sistan and Baluchestan and operates within the framework of the Quds regional headquarters.
