Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned Ukraine’s attack on an Iranian vessel in the Caspian Sea and said that the attack, which occurred in the early hours of Saturday, resulted in the ship exploding, the death of one person, and the injury of another person.

In the statement, the act was described as a “aggressive violation,” and it said that such an attack could lead to the escalation and expansion of the war.
