The “Bunjeh” water desalination plant in the west of Jask County was attacked, as a result of which the supply of drinking water to 20 villages with a population of about 10,000 people was completely disrupted.
In this attack, the raw water intake pumping station from the sea, as well as the power transformer for the Bunjeh desalination plant with a production capacity of 3,150 cubic meters per 24 hours, were completely destroyed.
Following the attack, drinking water to 20 villages in the area, with a population of about 10,000 people, is currently completely cut off, and these villages are facing a water shortage crisis. / Tasnim
