Continuation of operations to destroy Hezbollah’s military weapons in southern Lebanon;

The Israeli army, by posting images on the X network, reported that operations to destroy Hezbollah’s weapons facilities located in the security area of southern Lebanon are continuing. These weapons included launchers, machine guns, explosives, and missiles that were stationed inside Hezbollah’s hideouts.

The Israeli army believes these weapons were used against Israeli soldiers as well as Israeli civilians.

In recent weeks, multiple talks have been held between Lebanon and Israel with the aim of achieving stability and disarming Hezbollah, with mediation by the United States, and the parties signed a plan under the title of “Washington Peace Agreement.”

Lebanon’s Hezbollah, which the United States and Israel and several other countries have listed as a terrorist group, opposes this agreement.
