According to information received by “IranWire,” the family of “Abolfazl Damanjany,” among those detained in December 1404, have had no news of him for 20 days.

An informed source told IranWire: “When they go to visit, prison officials say visitation is prohibited. There has been no phone contact either, and we only know that since 13 Tir he went on a hunger strike and was transferred from the ward to an undisclosed location.”

The last contact with Abolfazl Damanjany was on 13 Tir 1405, and after that, the place where he and another prisoner named “Ahmad Rahimi” were being held—who had been in Room 1 of the quarantine ward of Vakilabad Prison—was changed to an unknown location.
