— According to CNN, citing an expert, the United States may have used between one-third and one-half of its crucial munitions stockpiles during the Iran war, raising concerns about future shortages.
Given that only about 600 Patriot missiles are produced annually, retired Navy colonel Mark Cancian warned that replacing these missiles could take years.
He said: “If you go today and order another Patriot, you probably won’t receive it for four or five years, because of the backlog of orders.”
