A group of civil activists in Gilan on 21 Tir 1405 held a protest rally, calling for the abolition of death sentences and the immediate and unconditional release of detained protesters.
The protesters, chanting slogans such as “No to execution, no to execution, no, no, no” and “So much injustice and oppression has brought us to the streets,” announced their opposition to the continued issuance and implementation of death sentences and to the suppression of protesters.
