SpaceX launched another batch of Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit early Monday, sending 22 spacecraft aboard a Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.
The mission added to SpaceX’s growing broadband network, which now relies on repeated launches to expand coverage and capacity around the world. The company has made Starlink one of its most active space programs, with regular flights from U.S. launch sites.
The Falcon 9 rose from Cape Canaveral before placing the satellites into orbit as planned, according to the Reuters report. The launch is part of SpaceX’s steady cadence of missions supporting its satellite internet constellation.
No issues were reported in the brief account of the flight. The launch underscores how quickly SpaceX continues to build out Starlink while maintaining a high rate of Falcon 9 missions.
