Americans can do nothing except receive a voter identification card, proof of citizenship, or, most importantly, end the filibuster (something Democrats will do immediately after coming to power, adding 2 more states, 4 more senators, 8 more members of Congress, at least 20 additional electoral votes, and making it no longer possible for a Republican to be elected president again.
