The crowd present at 7:05 p.m. had reached 422,000! Everyone had to leave the venue due to weather conditions; the ceremony was canceled, and because of the risk of lightning, everyone left. When I heard the ceremony had been canceled, I immediately reversed that decision and waited for a while so that people would return. It was unbelievable; at least 150,000 people came back again, and that night even became more magnificent than the state of things when everything was going according to plan! This showed that even under pressure, you can still do things in the best possible way. I congratulate the Secret Service and the police forces for being able to bring this number of people back into the ceremony venue in a short period of time.
